Using your account

By registering or playing with us, you accept these terms. We hold registration, licensing and regulation from the Government of Curaçao. You must be 25 or older to play, although a different minimum age may apply where local law requires it. You are responsible for checking that online play is legal where you live.

Only the registered player may use an account. We allow one account per household, device, IP address or sister casino under the same management. We may close duplicate or linked accounts and confiscate their winnings. The name on every card, bank account or wallet used to deposit must match the name on your player account.

False details, account sharing, fraud, collusion, money laundering, bonus abuse, software exploitation and unauthorised automation are prohibited. A chargeback or payment dispute can lead to account closure. Legitimate playing strategies, including Martingale, are allowed unless they are combined with prohibited automation, manipulation or exploitation.

If you neither log in nor place a bet for 120 days, your remaining balance is forfeited. We may consider a later withdrawal request individually, but the inactivity rule still applies.

Deposits and fees

The available minimum deposit is either 5 or 10 EUR, depending on the payment method. The maximum ranges from 200 to 1,000 EUR by method. Equivalent amounts may apply in other available currencies. Every deposit carries a 3% processing fee, and credit card deposits may also carry a processing fee of 3% to 6.5%.

You must wager a deposit at least once before it can qualify for withdrawal. For a deposit of 249 or less in USD, EUR, GBP or AUD, the maximum withdrawal for that play session is ten times the deposit. Any balance above that cap is non-withdrawable and may be removed.

Bonuses and promotional play

Bonuses have wagering requirements unless we tell you otherwise before the offer is claimed. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn and are deducted when you cash out. If you do not want a bonus, tell our support team before you begin playing. Once any wager has been placed, the bonus must be played until its wagering requirement is completed or the balance reaches zero.

A deposit bonus of 200% or more has a maximum cashout of ten times the associated deposit. Cashback has 1x wagering and a withdrawal cap of ten times the cashback. Cashback awarded through a tournament, raffle or special promotion instead has a cap of twice the cashback amount. If you have a pending withdrawal or an account balance above 100, you do not qualify for tournament prizes, raffle cash or cashback.

Free chips carry wagering of 20x to 60x unless the offer specifies otherwise, with a maximum withdrawal of 50 credits. If you have never deposited, you must make one successful deposit of 15 before withdrawing winnings from a free chip.

Withdrawals and verification

The minimum withdrawal is 50 EUR, USD, GBP or AUD. We allow up to 1,500 credits in one withdrawal and up to 10,000 credits per month. Larger eligible balances are paid in instalments. Approval can take up to 18 working days after authorisation is completed.

A transfer fee from 10 to 40 in the applicable supported currency may apply based on your location. We may ask for identity, address, payment-card or wallet evidence. You must provide the requested verification material within 30 days of asking to withdraw, or we will cancel the request. A withdrawal is also unavailable while wagering remains unfinished.

Deposit refunds

You may request a deposit refund within 24 hours of the original payment. A request can be considered when compliance checks have been completed and approved, when a game malfunction is supported by a screenshot, when the deposited credits remain unplayed, or when a statement shows an incorrect charge.

Processing costs are 55 in your currency for a paper cheque, 20 for a Sepa wire and 75 for a Swift wire. We cannot refund a cryptocurrency deposit below $25 because its transaction costs exceed the refund threshold. In that situation, the amount is added to your playable balance and treated as a deposit.

Refer a friend

Your referred friend must open a real-money account and deposit at least 25 in USD, EUR or GBP. Once the required information has been verified and that deposit has been made, both bonuses are added after 48 hours. People registering from the same computer or IP address cannot participate, and the referred person must not already have an account.
